An order made via this site (“order”) is an offer to purchase one or more products. When we receive a valid order from you, we will accept this offer by confirming via email that we have received and are processing the order.
We will deliver the items set out in your order (“items”) almost anywhere in New Zealand. We do not deliver outside New Zealand, but, an overseas order may still be placed with a New Zealand delivery address. Delivery is made by courier.
We endeavour to deliver all items within 3-5 working days of us confirming receipt of the order, although this timeframe is an estimate only. If we are not able to supply the items or there is likely to be a significant delay in making delivery (e.g. because the item is out of stock or the delivery is to a rural/remote location*), we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible after we become aware of this, in which case you may cancel the order (or any part of it) and you will receive a refund (including the applicable delivery charges) in respect of those items which will not be delivered (if any). We will not otherwise be liable to you for any damages, costs or expenses of any kind, suffered or incurred by you due to the order not being fulfilled or the items not being delivered within the anticipated delivery time.
In some cases, we might not be able to fulfill your order due to a lack of inventory. In these instances, our supplier will ship the product directly from their warehouse and you’ll receive it as soon as possible!
Our Delivery Charges
The delivery charge for orders under $300 is;
$20.00 for urban deliveries;
and $25.00 for rural deliveries, with some exceptions* (see below).
We also offer FREE shipping on orders over $300.
Heavy or Bulky items will be charged for at an additional cost. All valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. We reserve the right to charge more for delivery if the order is to be delivered to a remote or rural area, or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options.
Please also note that deliveries to the Outer Islands (Chatham Island, Stewart Island, Kawau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island and d’Urville Island) will incur additional costs.
We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges in future without warning. Any changes made will be advertised on this page. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of we deem it necessary, or to charge for delivery where the wrong delivery type is specified. We reserve the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to deviate from our published delivery charges if necessary.
Please provide a physical delivery address to allow our courier to deliver to you. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If for any reason, there is an issue with your order we will contact you to provide and update and alternative options.
The risk of any loss of, or damage to, the items will pass to you on delivery. By signing for the item you are saying it is in good condition upon your receipt. It is therefore really important that you check the condition of the item on delivery.
When you receive your order, if there are any concerns or damage to the outer packaging it must be noted on your paperwork.
