Please read carefully through our returns policy

We know you want to buy with confidence, so we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on every product. If there’s anything about your purchase that doesn’t meet or exceed expectations – just send it back within 30 days for a store credit*

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so we accept unopened, unused items returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please include a copy of the receipt along with the unused and unopened product in the original packaging.

 
Returns on some items including Clearance items, installed items and spare parts will not be accepted.
 
Clearance and Damaged Items:
Clearance and damaged items are sold as-is and cannot be returned at any time.
 
Spare Parts

No Returns or Exchanges can be made on spare parts unless the item is defective.

Installation
Once an item is installed, Platinum RV Supplies cannot accept a return or exchange. If the product becomes defective, we encourage our customers to contact the manufacture directly to initiate a warranty claim.

To return an item please contact us first or call us on 021 341 939 and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.

The cost of returning an item to us will be at your cost except in event of an error made by Platinum RV Supplies. Once we have received a returned item back, we will offer a refund in the form of a store credit which will be valid for 2 years.
